Continuum Audio Labs - Fifth Anniversary
|
A message for Continuum Audio Labs customers and dealers
Important changes you should know about as we celebrate our fifth anniversary and look forward to our next five years. It's been five years since Continuum Audio Labs made its first public appearance at the 2005 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Five years of building what are among the most respected and acclaimed vinyl playback systems available today at any price. Why the emphasis on the five years past? To put it simply, we always envisioned our future in five-year segments. As Chairman David Payes says, “We had two plans. We had a five- and a 10-year plan. We're now in our fifth year. And our principal aim was to establish the product as being, if not the best, at least one of the best products out there. We've done that.” As we move into our second five years, we are evolving to strengthen our operations. This evolution can be seen in the departure of one of our original team members; a change in one of our business relationships; and the elevation of two of our associates into new and important roles: Mark Doehmann, Continuum Audio Labs Director of Research and Development, has returned to the software solutions industry. We would like to express our thanks for Mark's contributions to Continuum products and our best wishes for success in his new role. Rich O'Neil of Seatec Lab Repair is no longer an authorised service agent for Continuum Audio Labs. Future repairs or product servicing carried out by Mr. O'Neil will not be covered by any warranty offered on Continuum Audio Labs products. Michael Tame has been promoted to Production Manager. Michael has been involved with Continuum Audio Labs for over two years as Production Associate. He has impressed us with his experience in manufacturing and warehousing coupled with a strong eye for detail. Adrian Miranda has been appointed as International Support Manager. Adrian has more than 20 years experience in the audio industry and possesses an intimate knowledge of our product line. He has installed Continuum Audio Labs products internationally and has been involved in training our distributor network. Continuum Audio Labs achieved its aims through a system of information sharing and creative tension. This system of collaboration, our creative nexus, is very much alive today and is driving Continuum Audio Labs forward with our future developments. The next phase presents the opportunity to again challenge conventional knowledge and push the boundaries. Without giving too much away, it will be a surprising achievement - in more ways than one. |
